Originally from Lithuania, I now call the Gold Coast home, where I am dedicated to helping people move, feel, and live better.

My journey hasn’t been without its challenges—injuries, weight gain, body dysmorphia, and self-doubt - but each struggle fueled my drive to learn, grow, and ultimately create the RAEM approach.

This method is a reflection of years of personal and professional evolution, combining a passion for biomechanics with a holistic understanding of the body and mind.

With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve gone from competitive bodybuilding to coaching individuals from all walks of life.

I specialise in building strength, muscle, and confidence while addressing movement limitations, pain, and dysfunctions. Every client I work with receives a personalized, results-driven plan that focuses not just on aesthetics, but on long-term health, function, and transformation.

I’m proud to constantly challenge traditional methods, think outside the box, and invest in continuous education to deliver exceptional results. My mission is to empower people to rise above their challenges, evolve into their potential, and redefine what’s possible for their bodies and lives.

I’m a personal trainer and biomechanics specialist with a strong passion for human movement.

I recently returned to Lithuania after spending almost a year in Australia, where I delved deep into training systems and developed a profound interest in biomechanics.

During my time in Australia, I had the opportunity to meet Harold at one of his workshops. His insights profoundly shaped my approach, and I knew immediately that he was someone whose expertise I wanted to follow closely.

Now, I primarily work with individuals who experience pain, physical limitations, asymmetries, and imbalances. My goal is to help people correct these issues while also focusing on hypertrophy and overall strength.

My approach is rooted in a comprehensive understanding of how the body moves and functions, ensuring that my clients not only achieve their fitness goals but also move better and live pain-free.
